Grid Data fetch "communication failure"

Hello,

In project I am facing an strange issue, the data-object grid throws the connection failure error, when trying to load all records (395 for now). This issue is happening on the PROD server but on the UAT server same thing is woring properly, I have reviewed the all PHP and apache settings and all configurations are same on the both server and also they have been provided enough memory and execution time.

I am using redis cache on both server.

And this issue on PROD server I faced is for one class specifically, although there is no logic written on grid to process any data for any class.

The strange behaviour is like when I set page size to 25, 50 and 100 then the grid works but if I make grid size to 200 or 'all' then getting above error.

Please let me know if any suggestions.
