Hi,
I had the same issue, but after upgrading Ultralytics (pip install -U ultralytics) from version 8.0.186 to 8.3.11, the error was resolved.

The issue is still there in ultralytics 8.3.28. Appears when trying to run yolo detect predict model=yolo11x.pt source=some_video.mp4

If you're facing that error after updating to the latest version, then it means that you have a local ultralytics directory in the same folder as your script that's outdated. Either delete that directory, or move your script to a folder that doesn't have any directory called ultralytics.
