How to uninstall a product installed with a different language?

Question

The <MajorUpgrade> element has an attribute IgnoreLanguage which makes it possible to upgrade an existing installation which might have been installed with a different language active at the time of installation. I haven't tested this, but I assume that it works.

IMHO, it would make sense also to be able to uninstall such products as well as updating or upgrading them.

However, it seems that this is not the case (as of WiX Toolset 6.0.2 which was used for this installer -- the product was successfully installed with the MSI in German, BTW):
