How can we add test automation for dependabot PR's

There's test automation to build the site and the dist bundle for it.

However we may need further validation. Currently I am doing this by hand locally.

- Make a log of what I check.
- Create some ideas for automating more of these checks.
- Find a way to script some - any dent is an improvement.
