Today the search is made using the command title and description. Would be nice to have a property tags which will be used too but not presented to the user.

I'm a bit torn on this tbh. Do you have a specific use case in mind?
I think the user might be confused why certain items show up.

Yeah, you are right, maybe it's bad for the UX.

I just realized that only title is searched, why not the description too?

No specific reason really. It should probably be ranked lower than a title match though.
