Remote Plugins via Git

It would be interesting to allow anyone to write plugins that don't have to live within this code repo.

We would need commands to

• CRUD git repos
• Run updates; maybe follow: update = fetch, upgrade = pull

NOTE: this could be "dangerous" in terms that code can remotely change and then be updated and perform malicious actions. All plugins should be reviewed before adding and updating them.
