MiPC is not a Misskey Client

(This was almost a year ago, but I mention it just in case).
I am the author of MiPC.

MiPC is an API wrapper for creating Misskey clients and bots, not Misskey clients. Also, MiPC was discontinued on 9/15/2023 due to name and maintainability issues. Therefore, would you please consider removing MiPC from the list? If this is not possible, please move MiPC to the Library section as it is misleading.
