[FEATURE] Audit only changes on array/json fields

Currently all data is audited in json/array fields, in large json it is really hard to find what was changed

Current behaivor

Could be an OPT-IN config,
Maybe, in associative arrays it could be configured which keys should be audited and which should not.

Can definitely see where you're coming from, I would probably be confused or annoyed with both ways haha 😅
