*.pp file support

Is there any plan to support *.pp file processing? It looks like it's also not being processed during standard NuGet Restore and this otherwise perfect MSBuild task doesn't handle *.pp files at all.

Because of the lack of support for the install powershell, I've elected to just create an exe based on the logic from this project, that I run with a pre-build step:

"$(SolutionDir)References\NuGetContentInstaller.exe" "$(SolutionDir) " "$(ProjectPath)"

This means I don't have to manually edit each project file...
