It can be easy with cloud environments to get into unintended states. Depending on the situation, this may cause Paraglider to have unintended effects or not be able to perform its operations.

Accordingly, we should implement some more ways to introspect on the current state. While the underlying cloud resources will always be the underlying ground truth, there maybe should be some ways to look through Paraglider's view of the deployment. This may include listing all networking resources managed by Paraglider, determining if their permit lists are there, etc.
