Pivot Table Can Add new custom column in right?

I know that all the columns on the right are statistical columns, but I want to know if I can count A plus B columns

like use formulas rd.A+ rd.B ....

I tried to add a new column on PivotCM, but there were a few hickeys

formulas have no effect, I'm wondering if it's because formulas are already loaded

columns in pivot view can be manipulated in pivotCM event ( it's used in the examples ). but formula columns might not work in custom columns added in pivot view.
