Thanks for filing an issue. koine doesn't manage api key rotations. Anthropic API keys don't expire on their own. Are you using an oauth token? If so, koine does not manage tokens. Using an oauth token is not supported due to Anthropic Terms of Use on subscription products. If you're using an oauth token, you'll have to rotate manually.

The supported way to use koine is with an api key generated from the anthropic console.
