Followwup to patternfly/patternfly#8309, per discussion from 4/13/26 compass/unified theme meeting, we want to use "docked" as the modifier class for dock related things for consistency.
Is this request originating from a Red Hat product team? If so, which ones and is there any sort of deadline for this enhancement?
