Using onSiteSettingsRender

I'm pretty sure this won't work, it's only for the rendering of the list of settings in the Manager.
"Fires before the system settings page is rendered. Useful for adding custom HTML into the System Settings page."

Thanks Susan, I was hoping it would let me process the data before it was displayed on the page, so I could fill the value column with "VALUE OVERRIDDEN BY DotEnv" where appropriate. Ah well!
