[Feature Request]: Quantum Armor Curio Piece #266

Describe the Suggestion
A quantum armor piece (bracelet, glove, etc,) for a Curio slot which can accept some quantum armor cards. This allows the player to use the most unique quantum armor upgrades (craft pick, portable workbench) while using armor from another mod. Or, the ability to slot some quantum upgrade cards into a wireless access terminal (already Curio compatible) and use them that way.
