Lost in rotation

Dear twixtool Developers,

thanks first and foremost for your work and making it openly available!

I have to postprocess some Siemens data and I saw in your geometry.py file that you (successfully?) tamed the rotation beast in 3D.. As for me, I am still strugelling to rotate my data correctly to real-world-coordinates. If possible, it would be great to have an example code where you apply your rotation to some of the data.
