Currently giving permissions to a role is only possible by giving full "as is"
Example:

You can give permission to Update server, but if you wish to limit the permission to only allow migration or to disallow changing the external id because its crucial to billing software like WHMCS, its not possible to do that, so any staff with the permission to update server can also edit the external id.
