Restore automatic installation of Klipperscreen

Now that we managed to sort out klipperscreen and avoid reboots, its probably worth while re-enabling automatic installation for:

• RPI4+
• A DSI or HDMI screen is found

We could consider doing this for grumpyscreen too for:

• RPI3
• A DSI or HDMI screen is found
• depends on Automatically configure GrumpyScreen on RPI #1088

For DSI its /dev/input/by-path/platform-soc:firmware:touchscreen-event
for HDMI its something like: /dev/input/by-id/usb-BIQU_BTT-HDMI5_SN0000000003-event-if00
