Add an options page for customising behaviour per-site - link style, or disabled.

+1 to this :)

A further very advanced iteration on this would be to specify the wrapper syntax per-site, like a textfield with a syntax like this:

[%s](%url)

Looks like that we ended up with duplicated issues for that (#147). Anyways, added PR #150 with that in mind. :)
