--git --git-lfs gives me dir errors?

Hello,

With:

papers install --bibtex ~/Vazhno/Work/Literature/library.bib --filesdir ~/Vazhno/Work/Literature/Organized --git --git-lfs

and then

papers add --rename thing.pdf

I see:

I can confirm both the bibtex and actual filesdir has all the correct files in it (i.e. thing.pdf moved in the right way and the library.bib was updated). Also, we know papers --extract thing.pdf returns the right stuff; it ain't that.

Am I missing something?

papers on ^HEAD, python 3.14t, git 2.47.3, git-lfs 3.6.1

This only occurs when I have things like
