Symfony v6.4 support dropped

Symfony v6.4 is still a maintained release https://symfony.com/releases/6.4.

Wouldn't locking out v6.4 users then happen too early with 0e40e6e?
Or is there a version-policy to drop it now that v8 support was added?
A note in the changelog would have been great (:

I think supporting the last two Symfony versions is good enough and simplifies maintenance a lot.
