Unable to run a google cloud function anymore

These last days, I was unable to run a Google cloud function that run perfectly before.

We found this is related to an update of Google buildpack that change the router use by default passing to the bin/router to the cloud-functions-framework's one.

I open a discussion on buildpack to understand why they make this change.
