Problem in source configuration (Cannot find php_pdo_driver.h)

I followed all the steps in official site. I have Apache and MySQL. But, i get this warning:

`Cannot find php_pdo_driver.h`

I researched about this, but, I did not find any information about how to resolve this problem.

php 7.3.6.
