Config file non-existent, plugin still functions.

Hey there!
just downloaded the plugin for my server, and it seems to work great.
except for the fact that I cannot for the life of me find the config file to change anything.
Are there nucleus permissions that need to be enabled, as the only command I can find is /react:wins.
if not, it would be great to add/change reactions from in game.
Is the config file saved under an odd name or location?
anything i'm missing?
