Resource Balancing on reboot

Current game is ruled by glyphs. Ways to address this:

  • Tone down Archeology Ministries.
  • Glyph buildings will not be as important.
  • Tier II buildings will get a boost.
  • LCOTs might.

All of this will need a lot of balancing that will hit many different areas, including ships.

Changes to ArchMin:

  • Returns will drop a bit.
  • Excavators will not be available until the AM is Level 16
  • Better control of them will be put in as well. Currently it's too cumbersome to figure out where to send.

Changes to Glyph Buildings:

  • Keep current upgrade speed.
  • A shallower resource boost per level. They may start with a better production (storage, etc...), but at top end, the regular will be better. Instead of 1.55 every level, perhaps 1.22
  • More rarity for some plans. BHG for example.

Tier II buildings:

  • Still the same slow upgrades.
  • Better resource production.
  • Steeper resource boost per level.

Ore Distribution:

  • Ores will be scarce in some areas. Do we want to allow transmutation (at cost) to convert ore types?
