Use a set of config files to:

• Save amplitude and phase information into h5 (last frame) + parameters + (frequency -> density)
• Plot amplitude and phase function 2D.
• Plot amplitude and phase function 1D.

Use numpy density field to:

• Plot density field (animation, single frame) + reflectometer position, line of sight
• Plot EZ field (waiting for pointer error solution, Pointer access error #24 ).
