W7X 2D profile generator

This will be the first version of the w7x profile generator. The aim of which is to generate 2D density profiles in the bean-shaped region of the plasma.

• Poincaré class to hold magnetic field information.
• Filter functions that select surfaces and points on surfaces given.
• Density allocation onto surfaces from BES data.
• Density allocation with magnetic island present

The first version of 2D density profile plotting was achieved. There is a massive gradient in the magnetic island on a given surface --> routines have to adjust for this discrepancy
