See for example https://treatment.plazi.org/id/1C0E0A6FFF94FFBBFF0AF9C4FD8EF98C -- it shares the trt:publishedIn <http://dx.doi.org/10.1094/PDIS-04-22-0755-PDN> with 1400 treatments, not all in the same year -- so this is bad.

Currently, the date of a treatment is only stored indirectly via this publishedIn-link.
