Thank you for the kind words and your continuous support over the past months. You've been doing awesome work and I was impressed from the start about the sort of issues you picked up and started working on. Thank you so much for all your work and I hope we get to work way more together! As for the blog post, it's a great idea. It would be cool to share some of the story and then hear from other maintainers and maybe even contributors how they experienced it over time. Thank you! |

Thank you for sharing your experiences as both a user and contributor to the CLI @Adam-it, it's great to hear about your own journey of learning by contributing to the CLI. Your support has been fantastic, we are all extremely grateful for your contributions and feedback ❤️ |

Nice work with this product 👍. I love all the progress done in this tool and how the repo is managed 💖
I remember when I first tried the CLI some time ego (at that time it was still o365). TBH at that time it did not work out 😅 and I had to redo the thing I tried using like always the PnP PowerShell (back then it was the SharePointPnPPowerShellOnline).
After some time I gave it a second shot and then again 😉. I remember that's how I started my first contribution to the repo I had 95% of script ready using m365 CLI but some functionality was lacking so I suggested if we could add it (I think it was adding description to the site or something similar 🤔).
Now after some time the CLI is always my first command line tool to start with instead of PnP PowerShell.
I even started 'regular' (regular when I can 😉) contributing to it which for me is a huge learning experience (when I started I had very poor node.js (javascript) skills... probably still have 😅, but the possibility to create new functionalities to this tool and the way I always get very good support during issues and PRs is very motivating and makes me want to continue this hobby contributions).
TBH I think it would be cool to read some article like "m365 CLI - How it all started" 😎. I think reading a story how it started, what was the idea, what were the most demanding challenges, what was the evolution of the product and how the community had an impact on it,
could be a very inspiring story for anyone who are maybe still waiting to start their own journey with some open source product 👍👍. Not to give you some work 😉 but did you consider creating this kind of blog post 🤔?
