Replace SPFx project commands' text output with md to plain conversation

Now that we replaced markshell with our own implementation of conversion from markdown to plain text, shall we remove the code for our plain-text reports in SPFx commands and replace it with the logic to convert md output to plain text? It would simplify maintenance for us and increase consistency between the reports.
