I want to update the app to the latest version

I would like to update the app to the latest version, but I cannot find any instructions or guidelines on how to do this.
Can anybody share the wisdom?

Following to find the same answer, particularly now that Azure is giving the following warning:

Warning

Update your function app to the isolated worker model for continued support. The in-process model will be retired starting November 10, 2026.

Be sure to also convert the environment variable settings with the colon character : to double underscore __, for example Acmebot:Endpoint becomes Acmebot__Endpoint.

I've changed the environment variables (which restarted the app on save), and it appears to be running, now without the warning I noted above. I don't see anything to verify it's on version 5.x, but it's running and not broken, so I think it worked.
