Follow-up to #304, since that issue has become a bit outdated by the end (and seems to not be reproducible by everyone).
Resizing the top and/or left edge of some apps and then maximizing causes the window to go partially off screen in the direction of the resized edge.
Un-maximizing and maximizing a second time maximizes the window properly, or when any other non-affected edge of the window is resized before maximizing.
Not sure what's the cause, since various apps are affected, and various others aren't.
Of the ones I tested, these are affected:
Firefox
Thunderbird
KiCad
Qbittorrent
GitHub Desktop
system-config-printer (Printers - default printer app on Pop!_OS)
gnome-language-selector (Language Support)
seahorse (Passwords and Keys)
On Qbittorrent specifically, it randomly isn't reproducible after some resizes, but e.g. happens again right after.
It was reproducible on Nautilus 42 (on Pop!_OS 22.04), but isn't on Nautilus 46 on 24.04 (newer GTK versions/apps in general don't seem to be affected). Dolphin also isn't affected.
