[Bug] Flatpak apps turn black screen randomly

I've experienced this so far with Warehouse, Amberol, among other flatpak apps. This happens sometimes at app launch and while trying to quit the app. It recovers in few cases, and crashes on others.

...especially this one:

The screen was totally black on my end, but somehow while taking a screenshot (prt sc), it turned out transparent for the part that was black.
