Now they're showing up and I can't reproduce the issue. This occurred on a new 24.04 install and might be related to per-display wallpaper not working until after logout/login. Closing for now.

This seems fine on my system now, but there was a report of it being broken still: #125

This still happens to me anytime I plug my laptop into its dock, all the external monitors have blank workspace windows. As suggested by one of the "duplicate" issues, running "killall cosmic-workspaces" fixes the problem completely until unplugging and re-plugging into the dock.

I'm running 1:1.0.0alpha5.1-1 on ArchLinux
