Support specifying the render schedule for a Quarto report on Connect

I deployed a qmd report to Connect where I then set a render schedule through the web UI. Can I do this through the Publisher extension already? If not, that would be nice to have!

Scheduling is not available in the publisher yet (and likely not soon, without a decent chunk of effort to push on it). But agreed that it would be fantastic to be able to.
