shiny.posit.co doesn't have anything about using Shiny within Positron (or in VS Code or any other environment). It would be good to talk about the Shiny extension somewhere, no?

I started to mention both position and the shiny extension in the first getting started with shiny using express tutorial in #250

FWIW this page has been around for a while (IIRC even before Positron went public) and mentions VS Code, the Shiny extension, the shiny CLI, and type checking support.

That said, yes, it'd be great to callout Positron
