Adding support for SMT output

It may be nice to enable conversion from TPTP output to SMT output using the converter binary "hack" Geoff Sutcliffe shared. Particularly if we want to enable countersatisfiability testing with CVC5. It's a possible enhancement, but not strictly necessary.

The TPTP -> SMT "hack" seems to work - it would probably be wise to do some benchmarking with different systems using this hack, to see if the SMTLib-based systems are really worth supporting, prior to building native support for SMT-LIB
