Bug fixes, restored all features

OpenHack now works on all versions from 2.200 to 2.203 (and will work in later versions)!

Changes:

• Fixed a crash when minimizing/maximizing the game
• Fixed some hooks
• Improved "Noclip" hack
• Fixed every single hack from before
• Small GUI fixes
• Game version checker now helps in specifing which hacks should work at which version
• Added "Display" tab to change FPS and toggle VSync

This update supports Geometry Dash versions: 2.200, 2.201, 2.202, 2.203 and also future versions
