name variable is painted in different color inside javascript code #90

Hello guys.
I see that the name variable is blue, while at the same time all other variables are coloured white.
Hovering on it is reveals the following.
const name: never
If I am right the theme recognizes it as a global variable so it paints it differently.
Can you fix that?

When testing the example with a .js file, the highlighting looks a bit different: No yellow brackets. product is not blue. Although the name is blue.

When enabling the "Developer: Inspect Editor Tokens and Scopes" command, I can see the following:

I don't know enough about it, but it might be related to Semantic Highlighting. So name has some sort of semantic meaning?

Seems that other themes highlight it different too.. here the Monokai theme:
