should we have a function to delete project in python?

I argue that we should be able to do

prj = skore.Project(path  = "here.skore")
skore.delete_project(path = "here.skore")

We wouldn't advertise about it at all in the user guide.
It seems important to me because today, the user has to do either a rm -rf, which is cumbersome, or do it by hand, which is not nice either. It's not something that the user might want to do every day, but we must be able to offer it a clean and simple way to do it.

I would say prj.delete() or prj.clear(...) where clear can clean a specific run or the entire project.

delete is already a function to delete an item, so it would be clear.
(when talking about deleting a project, I'm starting to dislike that deleting an item goes through this delete function, it's misleading, but I have no better idea yet)

We will test a solution by adding a parameter to clear. issue to tackle this: #1294.
