Track curriculum migration: move source content into repo and align 3-course model #24

Description

@projectamazonph

Goal

Turn AMPH from a platform with imported lesson text into a current, job-ready Amazon PPC training product, per docs/CONTENT-AUDIT-2026-07-16.md and docs/CURRICULUM-REDESIGN.md.

Reference docs (already in docs/)

  • docs/CONTENT-AUDIT-2026-07-16.md - critical P0/P1 issues + release plan
  • docs/CURRICULUM-REDESIGN.md - target 3-course model, module map, assessments, production order
  • docs/VIDEO-EXPLAINER-SCRIPTS.md - 8 Foundations video scripts
  • docs/0-1-welcome-to-amph.md - Module 0 lesson 1 (sample)
  • docs/1-1-read-ppc-data-before-you-change-it.md - Module 1 lesson 1 (sample)
  • docs/CONTENT-UPDATE-PLAN.md - Release 1 file-by-file execution plan (new)

Release 1 - Trust and safety

  • Move curriculum source into content/curriculum/ (stop reading from hard-coded Android path in scripts/import-amph-content.ts) - P0 (PR fix(content): version curriculum source in the repo, drop Android path #26)
  • Replace legacy product/feature references (AdCraft, AI Mentor, Formula Calculator, wrong simulator names) - P0
  • Correct factual claims: portfolios, attribution windows, auction/CPC, listing quality score, dayparting - P0
  • Align three pricing tiers with access rules and actual content - P0 (code side done; see notes)
  • Add factual-review metadata (Amazon Ads Fact Card) to time-sensitive lessons - P0

Release 2 - Foundations that lead to action

  • Rewrite foundation + campaign-building lessons using the lesson-production standard
  • Ship short video explainers + matching practice sheets
  • Add calculation, keyword-map, and campaign-rationale artifacts with rubrics

Release 3 - Operator and client readiness

  • Build advanced optimization, reporting, client-delivery modules
  • Add rubric-based assessments + portfolio capstone
  • Add human-review workflows for Ultimate learners

Notes

  • This issue tracks content work only. Code-side blockers (renderer cannot show tables/ordered lists/links/images/video) are called out in the audit and should get their own issue if not already present.
  • Release 1 is code/content complete as of the work described in the comments below. Two follow-ups before the pricing-tier item is fully done end-to-end: (1) the fact cards' Last verified/Next review due/Owner fields are placeholders for the content owner to fill in, and (2) the new two-course split in scripts/import-amph-content.ts has not been run against a real database yet — verify against a non-production DB first.
