The battery level is not displayed?

I am building celadon-r caas for HP tablet with 6Y30 processor. With "health: hal", the battery level is not displayed. With "health: true" I get bootloop. Please add the configuration for real devices - on celadon 9 and 10 everything was displayed correctly.
