Only `json` representation includes values

Here's an example of an LDL with a value of "85.0" in the JSON representation:

But there's no value in the C32, CCR, or HTML:

These values used to be present, back before the git repo was provided. (That is, I believe the direct download .zip file from 02/2012 included these values).
