I've downloaded the latest version of mixed-signal-0-Linux-x86_64.sh and executed it. However, it seems that xschem folder, which contains sky130 models (nfet, pfet, ect.) and xschemrc, doesn't exist. Fortunately, I've already installed volare previously and have enabled sky130a which provides the xschem folder. This xschem folder contains the following files and folders:

By doing so, we can add sky130a device models to be included in xschem (you should add xschem folder path to xschemrc beforehand). Has anyone faced this problem as well?

can you confirm which version of the installer you tried?

with https://github.com/proppy/conda-eda/releases/tag/v0.0-1447-gbdcb477, I do find things in:

(base) ~ 🍊 find $CONDA_PREFIX/share/pdk/sky130A/libs.tech/xschem | wc -l
