Recently, we have learned that some parameters (e.g. encoding) are not applicable at column-level but at page-level. We want to revise the Encryptor/DecryptorInterface to decide which parameters belong there.

After discussion with Marco, the actual encryptor and decryptor interfaces are ok.

What needs cleaning is the external_dbpa_encryption.h constructor and make methods. We are sending some parameters (for now, we know of encoding) which are not a column-level parameter but instead are page level.

Because the page level information is sent over in the UpdateEncodingProperties method, we should remove those from the constructor, and only leave column level information there.

Next step is for me to check each of the constructor parameters and see which of those are overwritten in the UpdateEncodingProperties method so we can remove them from the constructor.
