After completing the merge of dev_phase2 into main, check the github action failures from the resulting PR.

Compare them against the problems identified in #87 and isolate the true failures from the noise, address the problems, fix them.

Failures:

• device running out of space
• failure in arrow-s3fs-test
• dbps-external build errors: problem finding boost and here
• dbps-external build errors: problems with websocket version
• dbps-external build errors: problems with httpserver version

These failures are not considered blockers for the merge into main.

We will proceed with the merge and focus on the remaining failures after the end of year break.
