For this test, we used this dataset:

Scenario 2: (Compressed data, using RLE dictionary encoding.)

• compression = SNAPPY
• PageVersion = V1 (default)

Scenario 3: (Uncompressed data, using RLE dictionary encoding.)

• use_dictionary = True
• compression = None
• PageVersion = V1 (default)

Scenario 4: (Compressed data, using plain data encoding and data page version 1.0.)

• use_dictionary = False
• compression = SNAPPY
• PageVersion = V1

Scenario 5: (Compressed data, using plain data encoding and data page version 2.0.)
