No "Default" state in scenes

Currently, there's no way to handle "URL" parameters with jsaBard. Handling initial "Play" states is weird, because there's no sensible way to say something like: "I want this sound to play throughout the scene". Also, default values for range params are taken from jsaSound. What if the default isn't something the storyteller wants to see at all?
In general, there's no right way to specify default values.
