The PSU Flex design has radius styles defined.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Set bootstrap border radius to match PSU
    • $border-radius-xs: 4px;
    • $border-radius: 8px
    • $border-radius-xl : 12px
  • Determine if we want to add set $enable-rounded
  • Fix any styles that this might cause issues with

This is potentially a large issue since it might cause regressions.

Did a quick check of this and it doesn't really change all that much. We will need to update the accordions since those should not have rounded corners.
