Getting Started tutorial for using terraform-provider with Terraform packages #15842
Description
Suggestion: Adding a Getting Started tutorial for using the any terraform provider with Terraform packages. The tutorial can use something simple like the random provider and follow the basic format of the AWS Getting Started guide. There may already be content elsewhere in the documentation that could be surfaced as "Getting Started" content for this scenario.
